1. Subscription & Payments
Pahadi Vivah offers paid plans and premium services to enhance user experience. All payments made through the app or website are processed securely via trusted third-party payment gateways.
2. No Refund Policy
All subscription fees and payments are non-refundable once the payment is successfully completed.
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Partial usage of subscription
- Dissatisfaction with matches or responses
- Account inactivity by the user
3. Cancellation of Subscription
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. However:
- Cancellation will stop future renewals only
- The current subscription will remain active until its expiry date
- No refund will be issued for the remaining period
4. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered only in rare cases, such as:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error
- Payment deducted but service not activated
In such cases, users must contact us within 7 days of the transaction with valid proof of payment. The final decision will rest solely with Pahadi Vivah – Uttarakhand Rishta.
5. Account Termination
If a user’s account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions, no refund will be applicable under any circumstances.
